The job has two components.
Primary responsibility- Working in Office, answering / making phone calls, research as needed:
- Answering a company phone, keeping up/locating clients on bond. Maintaining current bonds and notifying clients of court dates.
- Verifying charges and Bond amounts for each new defendant.
- Meeting with and qualifying both clients and cosigners, collecting payments, etc.
And Second:
Assisting in the office as needed:
- Assisting at the office as needed (more when someone is out or on vacation).
- That includes answering the phone, setting up new bonds, closing out old bonds, collections, motions, filing, check-ins, and various other things.
I will explain this further during the interview. The pay is based on experience. The office work is 5 days a week and is paid on an hourly rate. Bonds written are paid on commission. Please don't apply if you're unable to work both daytime and nighttime as needed.
